Amber C. comes from my hometown of Chicago to bring us some inspiration this week for our #SingleGoals2020 series! This active woman of God is single and in her early 30s, making the most of this season while remaining focused on God’s business as she shared in our interview:
BLISS: How you are making the most out of your singleness?
Amber: I am making sure that I am walking in purpose and in God’s will. Everything I do I want to bring Him glory!! Walking in my purpose and following God wherever he takes me.
BLISS: What is one piece of advice that you would like to share with other singles?
Take your focus off being single and put your focus on what is your purpose in this season. (Matthew 6:33)
BLISS: What are you currently doing in ministry or for the Kingdom of God?
A: I am the director of the “Singles with Purpose” ministry at my church. I’m in the process of starting a faith-based blog for women. I serve in the women, mission, and education ministries at my church as well.
