This week we’re in Indianapolis, Indiana to meet Romel M., a single man of God in his 40s. Having penned over 20 books in his work in ministry, Romel shared with us some wisdom on approaching our single season and trusting in God. Let’s get into this interview below:
BLISS: Share how you are making the most out of your singleness:
Romel M.: “I believe we find the most important things when we stop looking for them. I continue sharpening my iron, developing my gifts and working on my goals and everything and everyone I need appears when I need them.”
BLISS: What is one piece of advice that you would like to share with other singles?
RM: “We cannot properly love others until we learn to love ourselves.”
BLISS: What are you currently doing in ministry or for the Kingdom of God?
RM: “I’m a pastor and have a ministry, Kingdom Convoy, in Hawaii. It’s a church without walls. I teach in 5 prisons, 2 juvenile facilities, convalescent homes, homeless shelters, and churches.”
BLISS: What project or business do you want to share with the BLISSforSingles audience?
RM: “I have 27 books on my website: romelduanemooresr.com. My book, A REVELATION OF EVE, is written for single believers.”
BLISS: Anything else that you’d like to share with us?
RM: “God is a God of set times. The number one attribute single believers must have is patience. God supplies our gifts and anointings, but we are solely responsible for developing character and integrity. We cannot rush the process because God works from the inside out. He has a set time to reveal us, promote us and send us into the world. Wait your turn. Too much ambition without patience and humility will destroy you.”
Thank you Romel for sharing your #singlegoals with us!
